This sparkling rose has been made using the Charmat method and was one of the first of its kind produced in England. Secondary fermentation was completed in tank rather than bottle, producing a fresh, fruit-drive style.
A blend of four aromatic varieties, the grapes were gently whole-bunch pressed then partially fermented in neutral oak and lees stirred to lend complexity. This unique wine had a beautiful, vibrant colour with a nose full of fresh cherry tones. A dreamy palate of summer fruits leads to a crisp, refreshing finish making it the perfect aperitif.
